    Due to liability reasons we cannot allow children to accompany you to your appointment.

    Please do not show up with your child, we will have to reschedule you & there could be a short notice cancellation fee.

    The only exception is if your child is also receiving a service during the duration of your scheduled appointment as well.

    Can be subject to change this is retail hours/front desk staff are available to book appointments & answer questions. You may and can have appointments with your technician after hours.

    Holidays are by appointment only and booked by your technician.

  • Cancellation Policy

    We have numerous notifications that go out from our booking system to help everyone stay accountable. In saying this 24 hours before your appointment a reminder goes out that is the cut off for cancellation. If you cancel after this time frame or no show your technician you will be charged a fee for this missed appointment.

    We know things can arise and will take the severity of the instance into account but this is our policy with all technicians under the PatchouliMint Spa roof.

What is the difference between Manicure & Gel Nails?

A Manicure includes:

  • Finger Soak

  • Cuticle work

  • Trimmed & Filed Nails

  • Hand Massage

  • Painted with regular polish (no chip or smudge guarantee) or left natural

Gel & Acrylic Nails include:

  • Cuticle work

  • Trimmed & Filed Nails

  • Your choice of gel colour/design

  • Paint on gel colour guaranteed for 3 weeks

  • Able to add length to your natural nail

What is the difference between Regular & Spa Services?

The main difference between the Regular Pedicure/Manicure & the Spa Manicure/Pedicure is the Spa includes exfoliation & paraffin and is $15.00 more in cost.

Does getting a Brazilian Wax hurt?

YES!!!! All waxing hurts we are ripping hair out of your body by the root.

How do I book an appointment, you have so many technicians it is overwhelming?

Calling the spa is the best form of communication as our reception can book you in or direct you to individual contractors booking systems.

If you would rather you can find almost all the ladies instagram handles under their name on the staff page.

Nail Fixes: We understand that chips and breaks happen. Unfortunately the ladies are only able to offer nail fixes the week of your appointment. Anything after that is a nail fill or you will be charged a fee to fix your nails.
